Supporting our clients and staff through COVID-19
We have been fortunate to remain fully operational and are here to support and serve our clients during this challenging time. Team POSitec continues to stay safe and work remotely to provide customer support as well as deployment and remote installations as required. In June, our outstanding team provided phone support, resolving issues quickly… and with our lowest abandonment numbers ever!
As a Canadian, family-owned company we are proud to continue to assist our clients with their business needs during this challenging time. We have also continued to grow our POSitec family with the addition of over 60 stores since January of this year. Thank you for putting your trust in our POS technology and our team. It means a lot to us.
We continue to be in regular communication with our partners and suppliers to assess any potential impacts and minimize disruptions to the best of our ability. We’ve also been working hard to bring you new integrations and features including eCommerce and Mobile Delivery Application – Coming Soon!
Lastly, we wanted to take this opportunity to say a big Thank You to frontline workers including pharmacists, technicians and store staff who continue to keep our communities thriving. We appreciate all that you have done in these past months and continue to do.
